There are no refunds for for domain registration fees, for add-on charges such as IPs and Setup charges, or for overage charges like bandwidth or space allocation.
Refunds for hosting plans are available in accordance with the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. You will be refunded 100% of your payments excluding domain registration fees, add-on or setup changes, and overall charges within the first month of our service if you request it (see 30 Day Money Back Guarentee below). Refunds will be provided in the same payment method of the original payment. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Each of WEF Consulting"s shared hosting plans carries a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days, you will be given a full refund of the fees paid in advance (excluding setup fees) upon plan cancellation. However violation of any of the terms of the Terms of Service (TOS) or our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) will deprive you of any refund. The following services do not qualify for the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: additional items and services; domain name registration/transfers; dedicated servers; and overage fees.
