In accordance with our Terms of Service, if you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days, you will be given a full refund of the fees paid in advance (excluding setup fees and domain registration fees) upon plan cancellation.
If you cancel a yearly plan, with free domain name, the refund will deduct the retail cost of the domain name. But, you will still own the right to the domain, and presumably can use it to host services elsewhere.
Violation of any of the terms of the Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) will deprive you of any refund.
