Problem
What steps do I perform to configure Outlook Express

Solution
To configure an email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird or Eudora, you need this information

a) User Name - the name of the email account you created in CPanel, for example myname@mydomain.com.

b) Password - the password you specified in CPanel when you set up the email account.

c) POP3 Setting - set to mail.mydomain.com, where "mydomain.com" is your domain name.

d) SMTP Settion - also set to mail.mydomain.com, where "mydomain.com" is your domain name.

NOTE: The outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication and uses the same user name and password as the incoming (POP3) server.
